Context: providing business analysis & cost reporting support in a toll manufacturing environment

— Working as a Finance SPOC in an ERP transition project (being responsible for the toll manufacturing scope involving Alcon and Novartis).
— Optimising business processes in finance, production planning & supply chain, providing support to the finance team in forecasting, costing, budgeting tasks, preparing procedure descriptions and video manuals.
