Maxim graduated from a World Top-100 University K.U. Leuven with a MSc in Economic Sciences degree (Master TEW, major: Accountancy & Audit) and additionally possesses a PhD degree and ACCA & CIA certifications.

- Telenet Group – Senior Project Analyst and IT Controller responsible for the implementation of the ‘best practices’ IT OPEX budget procedures
- Reckitt Benckiser – Senior Project & Sales Controller resolving the post ERP implementation backlog and helping client to improve standard operating procedures
- VPK Packaging Group – Corporate & IT Controller combining the tasks of corporate management reporting, IT budget cycle and BI system implementation (SAP BPC)
- Continental Foods – Consolidation Accounting Manager for the transition period
- Stater NV – Functional Analyst responsible for the development of the new reporting tool in order to comply with the requirements of the National Bank of Belgium
